Motion Control System For up to 4 Motors

This system is for both the software AND hardware using a 10″  Unitronics HMI touchscreen (v1040) for controlling a Schneider Electric MDrive motor control system for up to 4 Schneider MDrive or Lexium motors. The software will function as shown in the PDF file and allow for immediate control of attached sensors, motor controls, and pneumatics. Provided will be the software loaded into the 10″ Unitronics PLC / HMI that has been tested and verified to be ready to work and control motors, read sensors and control pneumatics shown in diagrams Just attach the NEMA 23 or NEMA 34 Lexium or Mdrive motors to your lathe or control system and the system is ready to work.  This system is meant to be used as the base starting point for a working motion control system for industry or for educational purposes and can be customized by the user as needed. This “control system in a box” is manufactured in the USA by Hall Control Systems.
